2025 THE YEAR OF REAL ESTATE BOOM IN PAKISTAN

After covid 2020 to 2024, the property sector in Pakistan faced severe losses. The mark-up broke the 70-year record high and reached 23 percent. But a few years later, it declined to 13 percent at the end of 2024.

People started withdrawing their money from banks and investing in property. As property prices have fallen by 40 to 50% over the last 4 years, the emphasis is now on property rather than banks.

My advice to you is to invest in projects in Islamabad and Rawalpindi which are safe and approved by the authorities in Pakistan. As this year would be the year of real estate boom in pakistan.

Some of the examples that exist in market of approved housing societies include Capital Development Authority (CDA), Defence Housing Authority (DHA) & lastly Bahria Town.

Therefore, people should not buy or sell from housing societies that only sell files and are not approved.
